Compute the precision-recall AUC score.
- Parameters:
- y_truenp.ndarray
True binary labels of shape (n_instances,).
- y_scorenp.ndarray
Anomaly scores for each point of the time series of shape (n_instances,).
- Returns:
- float
Precision-recall AUC score.
